Short Bio

Mathias Harrer is a Research Assistant at the chair of Digital Reality at FAU. He studied computer science at FAU from 2015 to 2022. He did his B.Sc. with a thesis about Raytracing in the Vulkan API in 2020. He subsequently finished his M.Sc. in 2022 with a thesis about combining Point Rendering and Image-based Rendering in a Neural approach to do Novel View Synthesis.
